After obtaining a Bachelor Science degree in Physics from the faculty of science of Sfax, which earned me the price of His Excellency the President of the Tunisian Republic in July 1997, I pursued my post-graduate studies at Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble (France) and I got the Master Degree Diploma in Materials Science in June 1998. The doctoral thesis was conducted between October 1998 and March 2002 in the Institute of Electronics in the field of Solid State Physics (Paris-Sud University, France). I had then the opportunity to have a postdoctoral internship at the Atomic Energy Commission (CEA, Saclay, France) during the period January 2003- September 2003. I received the HDR degree from Tunis Carthage University in January 2008. I was recruited in September 2002 as assistant at the Faculty of Sciences of Sfax and actually I am full Professor at the Digital Research Center of Sfax and I direct the laboratory of technology of smart systems "LT2S".
